Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order:
Log into your account on our website, find the order and cancel it
Contact our support team as soon as possible
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may return it after delivery in accordance with our return policy below.
30-Day Return Policy
Changed your mind? No problem. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of your order. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the purchase price of the item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Engraved or customized products
Final sale items
Warehouse clearance items
Pre-order items may be returned within 30 days from the shipping date.
Return Conditions
Please note the following when returning an item:
Items must be sent back unused and in original packaging
Returns should be shipped to the original fulfillment address
We currently do not offer exchanges
Original shipping fees are only refundable if:
The item is defective
The item does not match the product description
The wrong item was shipped

Refunds
Eligibility
Returns can only be initiated after your order status is marked as “shipped.” You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or credit card)
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Shipping Fees
For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, the full order amount will be refunded
Return shipping costs are not covered by Albatross
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your return is due to:
A defective product
Incorrect item received
Product not as described
Please contact us before returning the item. Our support team will review your case and help arrange the appropriate solution.
Need a Different Item?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been processed.
