Shipping Rates
We currently ship within the United States only.
Free Shipping on all orders over $10
Orders under $10 ship for a flat rate of $6.99
At this time, we don't ship internationally or to U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and American Samoa. Please note that any free shipping promotions apply to the contiguous United States only.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
Orders placed before 10:00 AM (PST) on business days (Monday–Friday) will be processed the same day
Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take significantly longer — in some cases up to several weeks
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
All tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier. For the most up-to-date delivery information, please refer to your tracking link.
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
If your package appears delayed or hasn’t arrived:
Please allow a few extra days for potential carrier delays
Contact us within a few days of noticing the delay
We will do our best to assist with tracking your shipment and, if applicable, help initiate a claim with the carrier. If a claim is approved, we will follow up with an appropriate resolution based on the outcome.

High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery
Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery
All orders include tracking. For detailed updates, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the carrier.
Delivery Responsibility
Albatross is not responsible for:
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
Order Issues & Timeframe
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there are any issues, contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.
We are unable to assist with claims submitted more than 14 days after the order is marked as delivered.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received package:
Check with household members or neighbors
Wait up to 2 business days, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early
Contact the shipping carrier directly for more details
Unfortunately, Albatross is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
